Nobody can ever guarantee successful outcomes – even solicitors cannot. We never make promise about any end result you. Every case is different and the material we provide is for assistive resolution only.

What if I’m not sure where to start?

If you’re not sure where to start, begin with the Getting Started guide.
It explains how public service processes usually work, what information to gather first, and how to take a calm, organised first step.

You don’t need to decide everything at once — the resources are designed to help you understand the process before taking action.

What’s the best first step?

The best first step is to understand the process before taking action (nolink).
Start with the Getting Started guide, which explains how things usually work, what information to gather, and how to approach your first communication calmly and clearly.

How do templates work?

Our templates are pre-written, neutral wording examples(noliink) you can adapt to your own situation.
They’re designed to help you communicate clearly, stay organised, and avoid unnecessary escalation — while still using your own details and facts.

You’re free to edit them to fit your circumstances, and they work best when used alongside the Templates page and the Getting Started guide.
