Refunds & Billing

- Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time through the cancellation link provided by Square or by contacting us for assistance.
- Billing is managed securely by Square, and charges will appear on your statement under Square’s payment descriptor.
- Refunds, where applicable, are processed via Square to the original payment method.
- Event tickets and digital membership access are generally non-refundable once access has been granted, unless otherwise stated at the point of purchase.
